Jiangsu Donghai Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established in December 2004, located at No. 88, Zhongtong East Road, Shuofang, Xinwu District, Wuxi city, Jiangsu Province. It covers an area of 15000m2. The registered capital is 81.5 million yuan. It has an annual production line of 500 million power devices. There are four laboratories for device characteristic test, reliability test, application test and failure analysis. Donghai is a high-tech enterprise engaged in development, design, packaging, testing and sales of semiconductor power devices and integrated circuits.

Donghai was authorized to establish Jiangsu Engineering Technology Research Center in 2015. In 2021, it was awarded the Provincial Enterprise Technology Center of Jiangsu Province. It is a gazelle enterprise and a SRDZ enterprise in Jiangsu Province.

The company is equipped with ASM automatic die bonding machine, OE automatic wire bonding machine, automatic cutting equipment, automatic testing and sorting machine and other world's most advanced automatic production equipment. It Mainly packages TO-251, TO-252, TO-263, TO-220, TO-220F, TO-3P, TO-247, SOT, QFN series. The main products are: MOSFET, IGBT, diode and so on. It is widely used in all kinds of consumer electronics, industrial electronics, new energy, intelligent automotive electronics, 5G and other fields.
