2024 SNEC Exhibition

Jiangsu Donghai Semiconductor Co., Ltd attened the Shanghai SNEC exhibiton from 13~15th of June. We met many customers and exchanged the contact info., and recommended suitable products for customers. Thanks for old and new customers coming to our booth and their trust to our products.

Our main products: MOSFETS, IGBT, DIODE, IGBT Module, FRD, SBD, Thyristor, SIC Mos, SIC diode and so on.

Our products can be used in UPS, WELDER, INVERTER,  Controller, Alarm, SMPS, EV Charger, Lighting, LED drive, BLDC Fan, Power Supplies, E-bike, Power Tool and so on. We research and design our own 8 & 12 inch wafer/chips.
